Soft hackles have been around for as long as fly fishing.  This one is takes some new twists on that tested platform.  With a small hot orange hot spot and just a hint of UV fibers under the hackle this will get noticed in dense hatches.  Pro tip:  Put a little flotant on your leader/tippet and fish this in the film or just under the surface when sulphurs are popping off.
